Warranty and Return Policy

Refunds and Returns:

  • If a mistake is made by us:
  • Please report it to us immediately; preferably within the first 14 days of being in possession of the item. This includes:
  • Damaged merchandise, item not as described, received something other than what was ordered.
  • No tricks or fine print; if we messed up, we own up to it.
  • If there was a mistake in an order placed by the customer:
  • Please report within 30 days of delivery to avoid a restocking fee.
  • Anything reported after 30 days is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • We do not allow returns of anything purchased after 60 days.

 

Shipping:

  • The cost of shipping an item for us is $13.95 per package shipped each way. (inbound and outbound)
  • If an item is returned for a non-warranty reason:
  • Refund processed minus our outbound shipping cost ($13.95)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • We require the use of the original packaging for returning items.
  • Pictures are required to process a refund or exchange (replacement) in instances where we made an error in the order or shipping.

 

Limited Warranty:

  • All of our products include a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty to protect against:
  • water or condensation penetration
  • lens or housing discoloration as a result of moisture
  • broken or disconnected adjusters
  • broken lens or loose reflectors
  • The warranty is only honored if the item you received from us is not damaged in installation or modified for any reason.
  • Warranty does not cover items made of rubber such as seals, gaskets, and weather stripping.
  • We only cover the cost of shipping expenses inside the first 30 days of having received the item.
  • If we are contacted after the 30-day mark regarding a warranty issue, we will open a ticket and process the warranty but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item out.
  • If the customer chooses to return the damaged or defective item after the 30-day mark, they are responsible for return shipping.
  • We urge you to contact us in a situation like that to ensure that you would even be required to return the item and not have to pay unnecessary shipping expenses.
  • The Limited Warranty ONLY covers the repair or replacement of the item. The warranty provided DOES NOT cover the cost of ANY EXPENSE associated with making the claim.
  • This includes things like:
  • installation costs
  • towing
  • shipping costs
  • tickets
  • We reserve the right to refund the original purchase price of the product if a reasonable resolution cannot be reached with the customer.
  • WARRANTY IS VALID FOR ONE REPLACEMENT OF EACH ITEM ORDERED
  • PICTURES ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED TO PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIM
