Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are valid within 60 days of original purchase
Items must be in original packaging in the same condition

If a mistake was made by us

Please report is to us immediately;
preferably within the first 14 days of shipping in receiving the item.

Applicable refunds/exchanges include:
- Damaged merchandise
- Item not as described
- Received something other than what was ordered.

We’ll refund or ship you the proper product free of charge

Pictures are required to process a refund or exchange (replacement) in instances where we made an error in the order or shipping.

Mistake in an order placed by customer

Please report within 30 days of delivery to avoid a restocking fee. Anything reported after 30 days is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping and we offer the option of purchasing a return label from us for $15.00

Limited Warranty

All our Products include a 90-day manufacturers warranty

The warranty is only honored if the item you received from us is not damaged in installation or modified for any reason. Warranty does not cover items made of rubber such as seals, gaskets, and weather stripping.

Protects against
  1. Water or condensation penetration
  2. Lens or housing discoloration as a result of moisture
  3. Broken or disconnected adjusters
  4. Broken lens or loose reflectors

The Limited Warranty ONLY covers the repair or replacement of the item. The warranty provided DOES NOT cover the cost of ANY EXPENSE associated with making the claim.

This includes things like:
installation costs, towing, shipping costs, tickets

We reserve the right to refund the original purchase price of the product if a reasonable resolution cannot be reached with the customer.
WARRANTY IS VALID FOR ONE REPLACEMENT OF EACH ITEM ORDERED. PICTURES ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED TO PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIM

After 30 days

If we are contacted after the 30-day mark regarding a warranty issue, we will open a ticket and process the warranty but customer is responsible for return shipping. We offer the option of purchasing a return label from us for $15.00
We urge you to contact us in a situation like that to ensure that you would even be required to return the item and not have to pay unnecessary shipping expenses.
